Job summary

ams OSRAM is seeking a qualified professional to own and manage the lifecycle of Global Planning Systems and MES solutions across Global Sites. You will define roadmaps, drive improvements, and lead large-scale projects including migrations, upgrades, and digitalization of manufacturing processes.

The role requires strong PL/SQL and Oracle skills, plus experience with MES platforms such as Workstream and PROMIS.

Qualifications

• Master/Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
• 5 to 8 years of working experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL and Oracle database is mandatory.
• Proficient in web technologies such as VB.NET, C#.NET, web services, SOAP and XML.
• Proficiency in MES software solutions such as Workstream, PROMIS, FactoryWorks, OPSCenter, SiView, FAB300 is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage lifecycle of Global Planning Systems, MES and OT solutions.
• Define system roadmap and drive improvements for business requirements and tech sustainability.
• Lead medium to large projects across Global Sites (planning systems, MES, migrations, upgrades, digitalization).
• Facilitate requirement workshops and align functional requirements with stakeholders.
• Author BRDs, FSs, TSs and solution design documents for systems and solutions.
