Job summary

IBroad Solutions is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to independently manage and support our production infrastructure in a high-availability, zero-downtime environment, with a transition toward hybrid and cloud. You will handle Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, networking, VPNs, firewalls and HAProxy, administer SQL Server, and support MongoDB, Redis, ClickHouse and PostgreSQL.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of infrastructure/production support experience.
• Strong Windows and Linux administration skills.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization and networking.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
• Experience with Azure/hybrid infrastructure.
• Good scripting and automation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, networking, VPNs, firewalls and HAProxy.
• Administer SQL Server, including backup, high availability and performance tuning.
• Support MongoDB, Redis, ClickHouse and PostgreSQL environments.
• Manage monitoring and observability tools such as Zabbix, Datadog or similar.
• Automate infrastructure tasks using PowerShell, Bash or Python.
• Handle production incidents, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Support Azure and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Ensure high availability, reliability and minimal/zero downtime of production systems.
