Job summary

Renesas Electronics in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to drive productivity and continuous improvement across semiconductor backend test operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Strong data-driven problem solving with OEE and capacity studies.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and automation projects.

Responsibilities

• Own test floor performance and drive structured improvement plans.
• Track OEE against targets and lead root-cause analyses.
• Lead test floor layout optimization to improve flow and throughput.
• Drive factory automation initiatives to reduce manual work.
