You will lead standard work development, time and motion studies, and cross-functional collaboration to boost productivity, quality, and safety. Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Lean Six Sigma required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to nurture team spirit and cooperation.
• 5+ years of working experience; electronics/electrical industry preferred.
• Positive working attitude and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes, workflows, and layouts to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
• Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard work times and optimize labor utilization.
• Design and optimize plant layouts, workstations, and production lines for maximum efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain, to implement process improvements.
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to track progress and identify opportunities for further improvement.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, SOPs, and process maps.
