Job summary

RTX, a Pratt & Whitney & RTX business, seeks a dedicated engineer to drive site-level continuous improvement in Singapore. You will analyze processes, reduce costs, and lead CORE projects while mentoring teams and coordinating training to meet targets.

Responsibilities include developing improvement strategies, preparing annual target activities, and presenting outcomes to senior management. A degree in engineering with Lean/Kaizen experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelors-level engineering degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of CORE tools and techniques with active CORE participation.
• Minimum three years in cost-reduction and continuous improvement in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Identify areas for improvement and implement measurable changes.
• Help reduce standard hours and implement automation to lower costs.
• Analyze existing processes to identify value-added vs non-value-added activities.
• Develop continuous improvement strategy at site level using CORE tools.
• Prepare activities for annual targets aligned with Policy Deployment.
• Present Cost and Continuous Improvement strategies to Senior Management.
