RTX, Pratt & Whitney, Singapore, is seeking a dynamic Operations Leader to manage the Engine Component Repair Cell. You will lead up to 30 technicians, drive productivity, and align output with eTAT, OTD and cost targets in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

You will implement Smart Factory initiatives, oversee manpower planning, collaborate with Engineering, Quality and HR, and develop team capability through coaching and training.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and minimum 3 years in production/operations in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve business goals.
• Lean manufacturing or repair experience with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong problem solving, leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP or equivalent enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis and programming languages (Python/SQL) for automation and process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the Engine Component Repair Cell operations and lead up to 30 technicians.
• Achieve targets in eTAT, OTD, HPP, productivity, utilization and cost efficiency.
• Implement Smart Factory initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce cycle time.
• Oversee manpower planning, resource allocation, and overtime management.
• Report production outputs and sales targets; drive engagement and coaching.
• Support staffing, training and development to build team capability and succession readiness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Finance, HR, and Materials.
• Monitor and report KPIs; participate in audits and EH&S programs.
