Job summary

Lam Research International Sdn. Bhd. seeks an Industrial Engineer to optimize production capacity and improve line efficiency. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, analyze capacity data, and lead lean initiatives to reduce waste and cycle times.

The role requires strong analytical and planning skills, with experience in capacity planning, PTL/kanban setups, and collaboration with engineering and manufacturing groups. Hybrid work models are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mathematics, or Engineering; or 1 year with a Master’s degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD and related tools are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform capacity analysis for long- and medium-term resource planning aligned with forecasts.
• Execute line balancing and process optimization to maximize line efficiency.
• Drive gap closure through analysis of actual vs theoretical performance.
