Job summary

Sinergia Talents is seeking Engineers at Principal/Staff/Associate Staff level for Implant technical competency in Malaysia. The role involves development projects with RD Engr, setting up unit process recipes on available tools, and driving yield improvements.

You will work with Module PI Operation and cross-functional teams to ensure successful development outcomes. Candidates should have strong CMOS process knowledge, hands-on DOE experience, and familiarity with AMAT VIISTAs and Purion Xe

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (or related field) required.
• 3+ years semiconductor experience advantageous.
• Technical expert in unit process development and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development projects with RD Engr and set up unit process recipes.
• Improve yield and manage process stability and defects.
• Coordinate DOE planning and tool capability assessments.
• Communicate between modules, YE, RD, QA, and other teams.
