Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Finance.
• Good knowledge of MS Office with strong command on MS Excel.
• Ability to persuade and influence others using formal and informal methods.
• Able to establish a course of action to accomplish goals.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all transactions are recorded properly in line with IFRS and DPDHL accounting manual.
• Review ledger entries to minimize adjusting entries and detect misstatements.
• Analyze month-on-month expenses and accrue where appropriate for reporting consistency.
• Prepare schedules to support balance sheet accounts and reconcile with ledgers after month-end close.
• Distribute timely financial reports and meet reporting deadlines.
• Plan work schedules independently to meet service delivery levels and resolve issues autonomously.
