AP/AR/RTR Specialist — 12-Month Contract

Job summary

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent by experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• At least 1.5 year experience in similar position.
• Strong English communication (oral and written).
• Ability to analyze with logical thinking and attention to detail.
• Capable of meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure.
• Willing to work evening shifts, public holidays or weekends when required.
• Able to engage with AR, RTR, Billing and BPO teams.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile invoiced information with payment data accurately and timely.
• Interpret data, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
• Handle sensitive information with high attention to detail.
• Respond to inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
• Act as primary problem solver for cash and duty shipment discrepancies.
• Create and maintain tracking reports on country ageing performance.
• Prepare weekly outstanding open item reports.
• Support internal projects, transitions and centralization initiatives.
• Participate in internal/external meetings with stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve queries per Service Line Agreements.
• Capture potential revenue leakage for shipments with discrepancies.
• Register relevant data in tools to monitor work status.
