Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking an IAM/PAM Operations Senior Consultant in Kuala Lumpur. You will oversee IAM operations across provisioning, de-provisioning, and access governance while acting as the primary client interface for service delivery and escalations.

You will lead and mentor IAM operations teams to maintain SLA adherence and delivery excellence, drive incident, problem, and change management, and ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT experience with strong IAM focus.
• Proven client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in team handling and operations management.
• Relevant certifications preferred (Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft, CISSP).

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end IAM operations including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access governance
• Act as primary client interface for IAM service delivery and escalations
• Manage and mentor IAM operations teams to ensure SLA adherence and delivery excellence
• Drive incident, problem, and change management processes
• Ensure compliance with security policies, audit, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams for identity integration and improvements
