Job summary

Shinsung E&G Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Selangor is seeking an HVAC/MEP Document Controller to cover CCPM, CSS, and PKK sites. The candidate should possess deep technical expertise in cleanroom or industrial HVAC systems, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality and timely delivery.

Experience in large-scale industrial or semiconductor cleanroom facilities is preferred.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Experience: 10–15 years of progressive experience in HVAC construction management, preferably in large-scale industrial or semiconductor cleanroom facilities.
Domain Knowledge: Hands-on experience with complex HVAC systems (Chillers, AHUs, Ductwork, Cleanroom HVAC).
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead site teams and coordinate multiple sub-contractors.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local construction regulations and mechanical engineering codes of practice.
Communication: Proficient English communication; Korean is a plus for HQ reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end HVAC construction lifecycle for CCPM, CSS, and PKK projects from mobilization to handover.
Oversee site execution, ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, and schedules.
Monitor progress, mitigate bottlenecks, and keep projects on track.
Manage sub-contractors and vendors; coordinate meetings with clients and main contractors.
