Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related facilities discipline.
• 5+ years hands-on HVAC, OFA, and cleanroom environmental control.
• Strong troubleshooting of facility utilities including HVAC, compressed air, and ventilation.
• GMP/ISO knowledge with vendor/contractor management and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance of facilities equipment, energy optimization, and system improvements.
• Ensure facilities utilities support production with minimal downtime.
• Develop and track maintenance programs.
