• 5+ years hands-on HVAC, OFA, and cleanroom environmental control.
• Strong troubleshooting of facility utilities including HVAC, compressed air, and ventilation.
• GMP/ISO knowledge with vendor/contractor management and audit readiness.

Your key responsibilities:

• Responsible for corrective, preventive maintenance to facilities equipment, energy optimization, common system improvement.
• Ensure facilities utilities support to production with minimum / no production downtime.
• Develop maintenance program and tracking.

What you will bring to the team:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related Facilities Engineering discipline, with at least 5 years of hands‑on experience in HVAC, OFA, and cleanroom environmental control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills in facility and utility systems, including HVAC, compressed air, and ventilation systems, with experience in preventive maintenance and shutdown planning.
• Experienced in cleanroom recertification activities, including HEPA filter replacement, validation, and preparation of recertification reports.
• Knowledge of GMP and ISO standards, with experience managing vendors/contractors and ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and operational reliability in a manufacturing environment.
