IAQ Group is seeking an experienced HVAC/Mechanical engineer to lead design, calculations, and tender activities across HVAC and piping systems for commercial/industrial projects. You will coordinate with multiple disciplines, supervise CAD work, and support site safety and testing activities.

Travel and site deployment may be required. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Mechanical/HVAC/Mechatronics and has 5+ years in HVAC design/construction, with strong AutoCAD and MS Office skills.

Formación

• Degree in Mechanical/ HVAC/ Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years' experience in HVAC design/construction.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to be seconded to project sites and travel locally/overseas.
• Willing to be stationed at site when necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering design and calculations.
• Assist in tender planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations and proposals.
• Ensure design delivery per schedule.
• Coordinate with other disciplines for design deliveries.
• Review technical submissions from contractors.
• Support site safety supervision with EHS.
• Lead testing and commissioning for the discipline.
• Liaise with commercial dept on cost-related issues.
• Prepare tender scope of work, specs and BOQ.
• Guide CAD designer to produce drawings.
• Provide operating and maintenance manuals.
• Sign off testing and commissioning forms.
