Job summary
AtkinsRéalis is seeking an HSE Manager to develop and enforce comprehensive safety, health, and environmental programs across multiple projects in Malaysia. You will lead dedicated safety teams, conduct audits, and advise management on risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.
The role requires extensive experience in industrial environments, strong leadership, and the ability to promote a proactive safety culture across sites while maintaining meticulous documentation and reporting.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in occupational safety and health or related field
- Certified as HSE Officer
- 10+ years of experience in relevant field and industrial projects
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and guidelines per local laws and project safety plans
- Lead multiple project-specific safety teams and act as HSE leader
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and incident investigations with root-cause analyses
- Provide guidance to management on risk assessments and corrective actions
- Monitor effectiveness of HSE programs and promote safety culture
- Coordinate HSE training and awareness programs for staff
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation and records
