Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Senior HR Generalist for ISC Operations to partner with Shah Alam and Penang sites. You will drive labor/union relations, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness while balancing operations needs with employee rights.

You will lead investigations, coaching for managers, workforce planning, and change management in a manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance and strong HR analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environments.
• Experience supporting unionized workforces; strong knowledge of labor law and CBAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead labor and union relations at ISC manufacturing and distribution sites.
• Manage grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions, and closures.
• Partner with site leadership on workforce planning, talent management, and change initiatives.
• Ensure HR processes align with safety, compliance, and company policies.
