Mattel Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (MMSB) invites a Senior Manager, People & Culture to lead workforce planning, recruitment, foreign workforce management, and payroll governance for a ~3,700-employee operation across MMSB and MDT.

You will guide a small team, collaborate with leaders, and drive compliance with local employment rules. As a key member of the Malaysia leadership team, you will shape talent strategies, develop organizational capability, and champion continuous improvement while upholding

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning and recruitment.
• Exposure to foreign workforce management and visa processes.
• Knowledge of industrial relations and compliance with local laws.
• Experience with payroll governance and compensation benchmarking.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to partner with government authorities and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead workforce planning and recruitment for MMSB and MDT.
• Oversee foreign workforce intake, permits, and compliance.
• Direct Industrial Relations matters and investigations.
• Oversee payroll, compensation reviews, and benefits benchmarking.
• Provide leadership to the People & Culture team and ensure governance.
