Job summary

Mattel (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Manager, People & Culture to lead Talent Acquisition, Internship & MGIP programs, foreign workforce management, Industrial Relations, and Employee Relations for MMSB.

This role also oversees the delivery of People & Culture services for MDT across the organization, guiding recruitment of Direct Labour, Indirect Labour and Staff, including foreign worker quota and work permit renewals, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition, Internship & MGIP programs, foreign workforce management, Industrial Relations, and Employee Relations for Mattel Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (MMSB).
• Oversee delivery of People & Culture functions and services for Mattel Development & Tooling Sdn. Bhd. (MDT).
• Direct recruitment of Direct Labour (DL), Indirect Labour (IDL), and Staff; manage foreign worker recruitment, quota applications, workforce intake planning, work permit renewals, and related administration.
• Oversee Internship and MGIP programs, including recruitment, placement, onboarding, and related processes.
