Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking an HR Operations & Administration professional to act as the primary HR contact for assigned departments. Responsible for employee lifecycle, records integrity, and HR process improvements within the hospital group’s operations.

You will manage payroll coordination, onboarding, performance cycles, employee relations, reporting, and engagement initiatives to support efficient hospital services and compliance with HR policies.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration, or related field.
• 4–7 years of HR generalist or operations experience.
• Healthcare or service industry experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Payroll & Benefits Coordination: Consolidate and verify monthly payroll inputs and ensure payroll timelines.
• Recruitment & Onboarding Support: Support manpower planning and recruitment activities; participate in interview panels.
• Performance Management Administration: Coordinate the annual performance management cycle and guidance to managers.
• Employee Relations Support: Prepare documentation for disciplinary and grievance cases; escalate complex issues.
• HR Reporting & Workforce Data: Prepare periodic HR reports and support workforce data updates.
• Engagement & HR Communication: Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and HR-related communications.
• HR Coordination & Administrative Support: Support reporting, audits, and training logistics.
