Job summary

KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead HR operations and administration across designated departments in Malaysia. You will manage the employee lifecycle, payroll inputs, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management activities to support a smooth and compliant workforce.

With 4–7 years of HR generalist experience, you will ensure accuracy and confidentiality of records, coordinate HRIS updates, and assist in employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration, or related field.
• 4–7 years of HR generalist or operations experience.
• Experience in healthcare or service industry is advantageous.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned departments and provide day-to-day HR advisory support.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes including confirmation, transfer, promotion, contract renewal, and separation.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of employee records within HR systems.
• Monitor HR operational effectiveness and recommend process improvements.
• Support workforce restructuring, organizational changes, and talent movement initiatives.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding with hiring managers.
• Coordinate performance management cycle and provide guidance to managers.
• Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, leave utilisation) and assist audits.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR communications.
