Job summary

Delfi Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking a Food Services Executive to promote Delfi’s products and drive sales growth across general trade, food service, and HORECA sectors in Malaysia. You will lead and coach the sales team, manage trade spends, and collaborate with wholesalers to maximize distribution and promotions.

The role requires 1–2 years' HORECA experience, strong communication and distribution knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• SPM holder is required.
• 1-2 years of HORECA industry experience preferred.
• Background in food service and experience managing distributors, key wholesalers, and HORECA businesses.
• Knowledge of distribution strategies.
• Pleasant personality with excellent communication, presentation and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Promote company products to maximize sales and profitability.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies while guiding sales personnel to achieve corporate sales objectives.
• Provide leadership, communicate the company vision, coach and develop the team, compare sales results to goals, and take corrective action as needed.
• Manage trade spending within targets to capitalize on sales opportunities.
• Explore new business opportunities and channels within general trade, food services, and HORECA sectors.
• Collaborate closely with wholesalers and HORECA sales team to enhance sales and trade execution, including coaching, demand creation, brand management, account management, and marketing promotions.
