Job summary

United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd is seeking an experienced Wealth Management Advisor to build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their goals and risk appetites while delivering tailored investment and lending solutions.

You will identify new clients, conduct needs analyses, monitor portfolios, and stay compliant with regulatory requirements, collaborating with product teams to offer integrated wealth-management services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• CFP or CFA certifications are advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management/private banking or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and understand their financial goals.
• Proactively identify and acquire new high-net-worth clients.
• Conduct financial needs analysis and develop tailored wealth management strategies.
• Present and articulate complex financial products clearly to clients.
• Monitor client portfolios and recommend adjustments aligned with market conditions.
