Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Support e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives including online campaigns, content creation, lead generation, and customer engagement activities.
Manage social media, email marketing, website updates, and digital advertising activities to improve online presence.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify business opportunities and market trends.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to support product launches, campaigns, and commercial initiatives.
Coordinate participation in exhibitions, events, conferences, and other marketing activities.
Monitor marketing performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and prepare reports to support decision-making.
Maintain accurate CRM records and support customer database management and reporting activities.
