You’ll collaborate with Product, Sales, and other teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals while maintaining brand standards.

The role emphasizes Webflow-driven web design, print and digital campaigns, and evolving storytelling through illustrations and animations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in graphic design or creative management.
Extensive experience in digital and print design, including web design (Webflow ideal), social media, and advertising.
Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Expert in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.

Responsibilities

Design direct mail pieces from concept to final production, balancing brand identity with clarity and postal specs.
Develop and execute creative concepts for digital, print, and OOH campaigns.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and cross-functional teams to translate ideas into visual designs.
Create illustrations and animations to enhance storytelling and web pages.
Create and implement high-quality, responsive web designs using Webflow.
Monitor web analytics and contribute ideas for website improvements.
