Job summary

Leader Energy Group seeks a skilled Graphic Designer to develop and deliver visual communications across internal and external channels, ensuring branding consistency and high-quality assets for digital, print, events and multimedia.

The role covers visual design, brand identity, production and asset management, requiring a 3–5 year track record, strong typography and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and motion/video tools.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience; agency or creative studio experience preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals across digital and print channels.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and motion graphics tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro; familiarity with prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Canva.

Responsibilities

• Design materials for corporate communications, campaigns and marketing, including social media, websites, ads and brochures.
• Develop visual concepts that reinforce Leader Energy’s brand identity across campaigns.
• Create exhibition and event artwork including displays, signage and digital content.
• Ensure branding guidelines and logo usage meet quality standards.
• Prepare final production files for print and digital, and organize assets with version control.
• Coordinate with printers and vendors and manage timelines with the Manager – Group Communications.
• Support photography and videography for campaigns.
