You will collaborate with Marketing and Retail teams on campaigns, while maintaining high-quality output for product launches and seasonal promotions. A strong portfolio and proficiency in industry software are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in graphic design or a related field.
• 1–3 years of graphic design experience; fresh graduates with strong portfolio considered.
• Portfolio of design/merchandise work is required.

Responsibilities

• Design visual content for social media platforms and in-store displays.
• Create artwork for digital channels, promotions, posters, signage and retail materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Retail teams on campaigns and product launches.
• Prepare artwork according to printing specifications for production and merchandise.
• Coordinate with suppliers, printers and production vendors for quality and timelines.
• Assist with product photography, photoshoots, and video shoots when required.
• Research design trends and AI tools to inspire fresh ideas.
• Refine imagery using image research, compositing, retouching, and AI tools.
• Explore and utilize AI tools for visual creation and workflow automation.
• Edit and refine designs based on feedback.

Job description

This is a graphic design role focused on creating engaging visual content for social media platforms and retail environments. You will design artwork for digital channels, in-store displays, promotional materials, and product launches, while exploring and utilizing AI tools to enhance your creative workflow.

Key Responsibilities :

Design engaging visual content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels

Create creative, fun and engaging artwork for in-store displays, promotional materials, posters, signage and other retail or marketing materials

Work closely with the Marketing and Retail teams to develop creative concepts for new product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional activities

Prepare artwork according to the required specifications for printing, production and merchandise application

Collaborate with suppliers, printers and production vendors to ensure artwork is produced according to the required quality, specifications and timelines

Assist with product photography, photoshoots, and video shoots when required

Research design trends, creative styles, lifestyle trends, merchandise concepts and AI creative tools to continuously introduce fresh and relevant ideas

Create and refine imagery using image research, compositing, retouching and AI tools to develop visuals suited to each concept, audience and setting

Explore and utilize AI tools for visual creation, video generation, and workflow automation

Edit and refine designs based on feedback

Requirements :

Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Creative Design or a related field

Minimum 1–3 years of relevant graphic design experience (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio may also be considered)

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and/or other relevant design software

Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour, illustration and visual communication

Creative, passionate about design and able to generate fresh and original ideas

Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with other teams

Good time management and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment

Portfolio of design/merchandise work is required
