Job summary

Paydibs Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join its Marketing Team in Malaysia. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with the existing Graphic Designer and Senior Motion Graphic Designer to create high-quality, brand-aligned marketing designs for digital and print campaigns.

Candidates with fintech/digital payments experience are strongly encouraged. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of motion graphics are essential to support video

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in graphic design, preferably fintech/digital payments/banking/e-commerce.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials for digital, print, events, and product campaigns.
• Produce creative assets for social media, websites, POSM, and advertisements.
• Maintain and apply brand guidelines consistently across all design outputs.
• Work closely with other designers to ensure cohesive creative execution.
• Support video production teams with creative visuals and design-related tasks.
• Keep up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices.

• Knowledge in motion graphics, animation, or video editing is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
