Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Sr. System Debug Engineer to troubleshoot GPU server issues, support customer and internal teams, and improve product quality. Familiarity with Intel low level debugging and ITDP tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering; 5 years in server systems or debugging preferred.
• Good English communication and ability to document failure logs clearly.
• Experience with Linux OS and server hardware components.

Responsibilities

• Review GPU server test logs to identify failure points and support component evaluation.
• Maintain failure logs, SN records and related documentation.
• Stay updated with vendor guidelines and debugging tools.
• Collaborate with production, RMA, warehouse, PM, Engineering to resolve issues.
• Document debugging procedures and troubleshooting guidelines.
• Assist in verifying hardware, firmware, or software updates during troubleshooting.
