Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hardware design and development of fixed access network products.
• Design and validate digital circuits for GPON/EPON-based access platforms.
• Drive cost-optimised hardware design decisions.
• Conduct system thermal analysis and implement design improvements.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis for manufacturing defects.
• Engage with external component suppliers and OEM/ODM vendors.
• Ensure compliance with international telecom standards.
• Utilise circuit design and simulation tools.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for hardware-software integration.
