Job summary

You will provide technical support and product guidance, coordinating information flow from concept to final product across IOI Oleochemical group companies.

This role involves collaborating with internal teams to promote products, create technical presentations, demonstrations, and supporting product launches for regional and global markets through

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of product management/chemicals marketing/ project management.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/medical marketing is a key asset.
• Proficient in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset for planning marketing strategies and leading the specialty business and working independently.

Responsibilities

• Market & Trend Analysis: identify opportunities via research and consumer insights.
• Strategic brand and portfolio management: develop marketing campaigns and promos.
• Cost optimization: collaborate with procurement to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Production and QA.
• Product Life cycle management: lead full development from packaging to post-launch review.
• Documentation & reporting: maintain pricing, forecasts, and market reports.
• Product Compliance: ensure adherence to policies, trading procedures, and regulatory requirements.
