Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a Senior Environmental Engineer to join its Global EHS organization and advance environmental compliance across the worldwide operations. You will partner with site EHS teams and cross-functional partners to implement programs that protect employees and the environment while driving continuous improvement.

In Asia-Pacific sites, you’ll ensure regulatory adherence, maintain ISO 14001 certification, and support data collection for ESG reporting, environmental risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant environmental compliance experience.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent implementation and monitoring of corporate environmental programs.
• Assist sites in collecting environmental data for the annual ESG report.
• Participate in environmental and sustainability initiatives and drive GHG reduction projects.
• Assist in ISO audits and gap analyses.
• Support site EHS teams in agency submittals, reports, and permit applications.
• Develop and maintain legal registers and compliance calendars.
• Train personnel on environmental programs.
• Coordinate incident investigations and corrective actions.
