Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to own and drive network operations for large-scale, multi-site environments. The role requires deep expertise in data center networks, LAN/WAN, and security interoperability, with responsibility for leading migrations and ensuring uptime.

You will collaborate across IT and Security teams, develop robust networking standards, and manage complex projects in APAC and globally.

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive network engineering experience with global networks.
Demonstratable CCNP/JNCIP/CCIE/JNCIE level or higher experience.
Data Center experience is required.
Fortinet experience would be highly advantageous.
Strong troubleshooting of LANs (Layer 2) and WAN routing.
Experience with network migrations and project planning.
Willingness to participate in on-call rota.
Travel 5–10% expected.

Responsibilities

BAU network support during APAC hours.
Lead large-scale network migrations in APAC.
Drive improvements to processes and procedures.
Design, build, and support networks for corporate, security management, and other needs as defined by the business.
Create, update, and maintain supporting documentation.
Support SLAs for uptime, reliability, and performance.
Collaborate with cybersecurity to implement best practices.
Lead large-scale projects with clear project plans and stakeholder updates.
