Job summary

Ll Oefentherapie is seeking an IC4 Technical Program Manager to oversee Global build projects, focusing on material deployment, inventory governance, and 3PL oversight to maintain operational readiness and audit compliance.

This role demands autonomy, cross‑functional partnership with vendors and internal teams across time zones, with accountability for material lifecycle execution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional programs.
• Strong understanding of material flow, inventory accuracy, reconciliation and audit requirements.
• Experience overseeing third-party logistics providers and ensuring SLA governance.
• Ability to interpret inventory data, identify trends and drive improvements.
• Skilled at identifying risks early and building mitigation plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and Oracle Fusion or similar.
• Comfortable working across regions/time zones on multiple builds.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Inventory Tracking & Deployment across assigned builds with governance.
• Oversee 3PL operations, ensuring compliance with SLAs and standards.
• Partner with construction, engineering, and operations teams on material flow for aggressive schedules.
• Coordinate readiness schedules, track milestones, dependencies, lead times and risks.
• Ensure all inventory transactions are recorded in Oracle systems with audit trails.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect timelines.
• Engage with regional teams and external partners to provide updates.
• Drive process automation and efficiency in material management practices.
• Enforce global inventory policies while adapting to regional realities.
