Job summary

Oracle Corporation Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead inventory control across global data center builds. You will own material deployment, governance, and 3PL oversight, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to meet aggressive schedules while maintaining audit readiness.

You will drive end-to-end material lifecycle management, strive for accuracy, and push continuous improvements in processes and controls across regions and builds.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large cross-functional programs with measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of material flow, inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and audit requirements.
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers and ensuring SLA/governance adherence.
• Ability to interpret inventory data, highlight trends, and drive improvements.
• Identify risks early and maintain project alignment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; engage executive leadership and partners.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS and inventory management tools; Oracle Fusion is a plus.
• Ability to work across regions/time zones on multiple builds.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Inventory Tracking & Deployment: own material deployment across builds with accuracy and governance.
• 3PL Management: oversee logistics operations ensuring SLA and governance adherence.
• Build Support: partner with construction, engineering, and operations to align material flow with schedules.
• Schedule Coordination & Readiness: maintain an integrated material readiness schedule and manage milestones.
• System Accuracy & Compliance: ensure inventory transactions are captured accurately and records audit-ready.
• Risk Management: identify risks and develop mitigation to protect timelines.
• Stakeholder Engagement: provide updates to leadership, teams, and partners.
• Continuous Improvement: drive process automation and efficiency in material management.
• Governance: enforce inventory policies with regional tailoring and safety standards.
