Entegris, Inc. in Penang, Malaysia seeks a Senior Specialist, Accounting to manage R2R and GL activities. You will lead monthly closes, prepare journal entries, and support lease and payroll accounting within the EBSC framework. Collaboration with regional teams and HR is essential.

Key focus areas include IFRS 16/ASC 842 lease accounting, internal controls, and process improvements through automation and BI tools. Strong Excel and SAP experience are preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW, MICPA) is an advantage.
• Experience Minimum 5 years of General Ledger / R2R / Shared Services accounting.
• Experience in lease accounting and payroll accounting preferred.
• Experience in multinational environments or Shared Services Centers preferred.
• Experience with SAP ECC/S4HANA and Blackline is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Perform monthly journal entry preparation, review, and posting.
• Prepare and reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate reconciling items.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Perform reporting including capital projects, fixed assets, and intangibles.
• Ensure SOX compliance and support audits.
• Manage lease accounting entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare payroll journal entries and reconciliations.
• Develop dashboards and reports for management.
