Entegris in Penang, Bayan Lepas is seeking a Senior Specialist, Accounting to drive Record-to-Report (R2R) processes and month-end close. The role involves transitioning lease and payroll accounting into EBSC and collaborating with Corporate Finance, regional teams, HR, and external stakeholders for accurate reporting.

You will perform monthly journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting, ensure SOX/compliance, and support audits. Expertise in SAP, Blackline, and BI tools is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW, MICPA) are advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in General Ledger, Record-to-Report, or Shared Services accounting.
• Experience with SAP ECC/S4HANA and Blackline is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Perform monthly journal entry preparation, review, and posting; reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate reconciling items.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Manage lease accounting in IFRS 16 / ASC 842 and related reconciliations.
• Prepare payroll-related journals and reconciliations; coordinate with EBSC HR Payroll team.
• Perform account reconciliations and assist in audits; drive process improvements.
