Job summary

TS Food Industry Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Account Executive/Accountant (General Ledger & Accounts Payable for Singapore Entities) to manage period-end closing, reporting, and tax compliance for Singapore operations.

The role requires a Diploma in Accountancy/Finance, 3–4 years of accounting experience, and strong English communication. Knowledge of Singapore GST is advantageous, with NAV experience as a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of accounting and general ledger experience.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Singapore GST rules is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle general ledger month-end close for Singapore entities.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports.
• Review balance sheet and P&L schedules.
• Assist in group consolidation reporting package.
• Support GST/WHT/Corporate Income Tax reporting.
• Coordinate audits and assist budgeting and variance analysis.
• Maintain Fixed Asset and Inventory registers.
• Process accounts payable including vendor invoicing and payment runs.
• Handle ad hoc financial projects.
