Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and fixed asset best practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Aufgaben

• Project Management: Create Capex/ E&I projects; manage project revisions, extensions, cost transfers, closures; send fixed asset files to PMs; create FA forms; ensure Project Module Close is on schedule.
• Fixed Asset/ D&A Management: Manage end-to-end fixed asset life cycle; process adjustments; capitalization; disposal/ retirement; prepare monthly D&A and Retirement reports; ensure timely FA module close.
• Reporting and other closing tasks: Prepare and process manual JVs; reconcile CIP/ FA/ IFRS16/ E&I; prepare IRIS packages; support audit inquiries; assist in audit notes; perform other tasks as assigned by line manager.
