Job summary

Qualifications

The position will be responsible for managing and executing a range of critical fixed asset, project accounting, and general ledger tasks for multiple countries within the region. This role ensures compliance with internal policies and external financial reporting standards (IFRS) and supports MEC/ YEC.## How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?1. Project Management:* Create Capex/ E&I projects* Perform core project management tasks, including project revision, extension, cost transfers, closing projects, and changing project statuses.* Send out identify fixed asset files and follow up with project managers on committed costs, overrun projects, expired projects.* Create Fixed Asset (FA) forms.* Ensure the Project Module Close is completed on schedule.2. Fixed Asset/ D&A Management:* Manage the end-to-end fixed asset life cycle, including identifying asset files, processing adjustments in the FA module, managing capitalization and proceed disposal/ retirement.* Prepare the monthly D&A analysis report and Retirement report.* Ensure the timely closing of the FA module.3.
