Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Manager/Senior Manager to lead banking transformation initiatives across Core Banking and Payments platforms in Kuala Lumpur. The role requires deep platform expertise, strong banking product knowledge and hands-on implementation experience in Lending, Deposits, Islamic Banking, or Payments.

• Deep knowledge of banking products and end-to-end business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional delivery across the SDLC from BRD to UAT and post-go-live support.
• Act as Platform SME for Core Banking or Payments platforms with platform-aligned solutions.
• Configure platforms, set up products, design workflows and parameterize systems.
• Engage business users, product owners, technology teams and vendors to drive delivery.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, reviews, and decision-making discussions.
