Job summary

Experian, a global data and technology company, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack) on a fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid, working across backend and frontend to build scalable cloud-based services and RESTful APIs for Experian's software solutions.

You will collaborate with Product, UX, Architecture and Engineering to deliver secure, reliable, high-performing systems. You will design, implement, and maintain automated tests, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies and distributed systems.
• Experience designing automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes.
• Ability to balance quality, performance, security and maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and cross-functional teams to design, build, and deliver software solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and reliable code that meets performance and security standards.
• Drive tests with automated testing frameworks and improve test coverage.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Improve engineering practices, operational processes, and system reliability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and guidance.
