Job summary

Experian Malaysia is seeking a Software Engineer II to join a capable team in Cyberjaya. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and engineers to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

The role covers full stack development, building UIs, APIs, and data components, with emphasis on clean, secure code, automated tests, and modern DevOps practices. On-site work with hybrid elements under Experian's standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience, including full stack development.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful API development and ORM technologies like Hibernate or JPA.
• Experience deploying code in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack applications and services.
• Build modern user interfaces, APIs, and database components.
• You will write clean, secure, maintainable code and contribute to engineering quality standards.
• Develop and maintain automated tests, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance coding, testing, debugging, and documentation activities.
