Job summary

Always Marketing Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a passionate Full Stack Software Engineer to help build RetailAIM, an in-house field force automation platform. You’ll develop web and mobile apps, create scalable backends, and integrate Agentic AI features like AI agents and RAG pipelines to enhance product intelligence.

You’ll work with .NET, React, Flutter, and Python, and collaborate across teams to deliver secure, high-performance solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in CS/SE/IT or related field.
• Experience in full-stack development with C#/.NET and React.
• Experience building RESTful APIs, SQL databases, and scalable backend services.
• Familiarity with Flutter for mobile and Python (FastAPI) is a plus.
• Experience with Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and Git in modern workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web, mobile, and backend applications with .NET, React, Flutter, and Python.
• Build scalable APIs and cloud-native services with security and performance in mind.
• Integrate Agentic AI capabilities such as AI agents, RAG pipelines, vector search, and tool calling.
• Collaborate across teams through design reviews, testing, and continuous improvement.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools while maintaining code quality and ownership.
