Qualifications

• Hands-on mid-level role in applied AI and software development.
• Experience building production-ready AI systems and services.
• Familiarity with QA automation and test frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI assistants that understand user intent and perform multi-step tasks.
• Work on an AI-powered app enabling document, data and business information interaction.
• Design prompts, manage conversation state, and personalise interactions.
• Implement tool calling, workflow orchestration, and AI automation features.
• Handle retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Build frontend and backend components with REST APIs and cloud deployment.
• Perform QA, automate tests, and improve system reliability and security.
• Refactor and modernise existing systems without regressions.
