Job summary

The Access Group in Kuala Lumpur is offering a Finance Intern position in a hybrid work model. You will gain hands-on experience across Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and payroll, supporting day-to-day finance operations and projects.

The role is open to current students or graduates with a finance-related degree and strong Excel skills. You’ll work with a dynamic team to learn key financial processes and contribute to improvements while developing your career.

Qualifications

• Current enrolment or graduate of Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Interest in finance operations and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support Procure to Pay (PTP) processes, reviewing invoices and reimbursements.
• Assist Order to Cash (OTC) activities, including invoicing and reconciliations.
• Assist payroll administration and maintenance of employee records.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives across finance functions.

This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic finance environment, providing an opportunity to learn and contribute to key financial processes and gain insights into strategic finance functions. The intern will work closely with team members across Procure to Pay (PTP), and Order to Cash (OTC) functions, as well as with payroll, supporting day-to-day finance operations and special projects.
