Job summary

Airswift is seeking an experienced Piping & Layout Engineer with a strong FPSO engineering background for its offshore projects. The role emphasizes detailed engineering, piping layout development, and coordination across multiple disciplines.

The candidate will review and develop piping layouts, ensure compliance with project specs and standards, and mentor junior engineers within an offshore facility design context.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oil & Gas.
• Strong background in Detailed Engineering.
• Extensive experience in piping layout development, equipment arrangement, and offshore facility design.
• Familiarity with international codes, standards, and engineering best practices.
• Excellent coordination skills with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review piping layouts, plot plans, and 3D models for FPSO projects.
• Perform piping design and layout activities during the detailed engineering phase.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with process, mechanical, structural, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines.
• Support design reviews, clash detection, constructability assessments, and technical resolutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
