Nestlé Malaysia is seeking a Financial Planning & Reporting Specialist to oversee financial planning processes across Nestlé markets, ensuring flawless execution and high-quality deliverables. The role focuses on accurate management reporting, and driving digitalisation and automation initiatives across the market.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver timely insights and strategic analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting/Finance/Business
• 4+ years of experience in financial planning and reporting
• Experience in data analytics/process automation preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan across Nestlé markets to provide transparent forecasts, gaps, risks and opportunities
• Deliver accurate and timely management reporting; drive consolidation of planning cycles (MBP/DF)
• Coordinate cost allocations with groups and ensure adherence to policies
• Generate PFME reporting with ad-hoc analysis for informed decision making
• Support SRM reporting and provide insights through relevant reporting tools
