Job summary

GE Aerospace Malaysia oversees the overhaul shop in Subang, leading FP&A, invoicing, budgeting and forecasting to drive performance. The role partners with Operations and activities include cost management, KPI delivery, and process improvements.

Ideal candidate will translate operational performance into financial results, lead cross-functional initiatives, and coach the finance team to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Finance or equivalent.
• 7 years of experience in leading teams and FP&A related work will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall FP&A and customer invoicing process for GE Aerospace Malaysia overhaul shop, providing strong support to the Finance Manager and Business Leaders in achieving financial and operational KPIs.
• Lead the Annual budgeting process/Operation Planning process and the monthly/quarterly forecasting process.
• Continuously improve forecasting model to minimize variances between actual and estimates.
• Review P&L and engine profitability analysis during monthly closing process.
• Work with various departments to ensure robust processes for issuance of customer invoices.
• Work with customer support and sales team to drive collections and reduce past dues.
• Initiate simplification, lean and other improvements projects within finance and streamline business processes.
• Drive implementation of HQ driven initiatives.
• Provide coaching and continuously motivate the team to excel.
