Qualifikationen

• Bachelor Degree in Finance or equivalent
• 7 years of experience in leading teams and FP&A related work will be preferred

Aufgaben

• Lead FP&A and customer invoicing process for GE Aerospace Malaysia overhaul shop, supporting Finance Manager and business leaders in achieving KPIs
• Lead the annual budgeting process and operation planning, and the monthly/quarterly forecasting process; continuously improve the forecasting model to minimize variances
• Provide analytics to highlight business performance drivers and develop processes to mitigate risks while capitalizing on opportunities
• Review P&L and engine profitability analysis during monthly closing
• Coordinate with departments to ensure robust processes for issuing accurate and timely customer invoices
• Collaborate with customer support and sales to drive collections and reduce past dues
• Initiate simplification, lean and other improvements projects within finance and work with operations to streamline business processes
• Drive implementation of HQ driven initiatives
• Provide coaching and motivation to the team to excel
